Charles Cailliau is quite
simply a great American success story. At 20,
he moved to Florida, with little cash and few
options. Through hard-work, perseverance and
astute planning, he purchased his first single
family home later that same year. From this
single property, he proceeded to be involved in
over 400 real estate transactions personally -
building a rental portfolio of single family
homes, office buildings and warehouses. Most of
his investments today are owned free and clear
of any mortgages. Real estate and wealth
building are his passions.
One of his specialties is the investment of
self-directed IRA (Individual Retirement
Account) funds into safe, predictable mortgages
on single family homes. He has
completed numerous advanced education courses and
has been investing for himself and his clients
successfully for over fifteen years. While doing so, he has
found how to remove the
volatility and uncertainty of the stock market
for his clients.
In 1996 he founded Allstate Funding Corp as
Florida Certified Lender, requiring extensive
background checks and net worth requirements.
From the beginning, he has not only lent out the
money of numerous individuals, friends and
relatives but his own money also. All the while running
a very large,
retail lending operation.
